Instructions:
1.
Swipe to choose your music.
2.
Put your finger over the Camera lens.
The app will measure your pulse throughout the whole session.
Airplane mode and headphones are highly recommended.
3.
The rings show your inner state. The more rings, the more your heart rate varies, which indicates better balance.
4.
Tap the screen anytime during the session to switch spoken instructions on or off, or to cancel the session.
5.
After the session you can save your results. Add a comment if you wish and mark how relaxed you feel.
6.
View your progress and previous sessions in the History page.
SDNN means Standard Deviation Normal to Normal and is a measure of the variation in time between beat to beat. It reflects all the cyclic components responsible for variability in the period of recording, therefore it represents total variability.
Percentage: The cyclic variations responding to the breathing pattern. If it falls into a frame of 9-11 seconds, more circles are added and the higher percentage you get.
